Anthony is the Owner and President of South Athens Ventures. His passions for commercial development landed him to Middle Tennessee, one of the fastest growing regions of the U.S.

As a passionate Nashville transplant, Anthony specializes in both land & flex-industrial acquisitions and developments in the region. He is committed to identifying suitable parcels for development by leveraging a strong network of local professionals to orchestrate projects. He is committed to providing investors with institutional-grade investment opportunities by developing high-quality real estate assets aligned with market demand.

Anthony has more than 9 years of professional experience in corporate real estate overseeing $100M+ in portfolio management contracts and supporting more than $50M in commercial real estate transactions. He has significant experience in underwriting, leasing, negotiation, and project management from his cross-functional work experience.

He received his BBA from Loyola University Chicago and MBA from Belmont University. Anthony is committed to continued education courses in real estate and has earned the A.CRE financing underwriting certification. He continues to pursue the prestigious CCIM designation.
